For properties, it covers listings where the owner or builder has agreed to pay a referral reward. For interiors, custom builder, and other services, you can still refer leads from this page; handling and rewards follow that service line and any active offer.
For properties you can indicate Myself, Friend, or Relative in the referral form. For services you can use the same idea in the description so our team routes the lead correctly.
Each property card shows an "Earn up to" estimate from the active agreement (fixed reward and/or percentage with caps). Final amounts depend on the agreement, price, and successful conversion.
After you submit a property referral you get a case ID (and code where applicable) in-app and by email. Open Referral progress from your account menu to see status and notifications.
Yes: you can have a limited number of open property referral cases at once. If you hit the limit, wait for a case to close or cancel where allowed.
Service referrals submitted from this page are captured as service leads with a Refer and Earn tag, not always as the same property referral case. Our team links them to the right program. If a formal reward program exists for that service, they will explain reference IDs and tracking when they contact you.
