How it works
Property and service paths differ slightly, but every lead is tagged and handled by OneCasa.
You (referrer)
- Use the tabs to choose Properties, Interiors, Custom builder, or Home services.
- For properties: search listings, then Refer and Earn with Myself / Friend / Relative and track cases in Referral progress.
- For services: submit the lead here (or open the service hub); we tag it as Refer and Earn for the right team.
OneCasa
- Property referrals use the referral-case pipeline and agreements on each listing.
- Service leads go through our service CRM; rewards depend on the active campaign or contract for that service.
- We qualify leads, keep you updated, and apply the same fairness rules across channels.
Owner / builder / partner
- Listings and projects opt in with referral or partner terms where applicable.
- They receive qualified introductions and handle them like any premium lead.
- Payouts and disclosures follow the signed agreement and platform policies.

Common questions
What is Refer and Earn on OneCasa?
For properties, it covers listings where the owner or builder has agreed to pay a referral reward. For interiors, custom builder, and other services, you can still refer leads from this page; handling and rewards follow that service line and any active offer.
Who can I refer for?
For properties you can indicate Myself, Friend, or Relative in the referral form. For services you can use the same idea in the description so our team routes the lead correctly.
How do I know how much I can earn on a property?
Each property card shows an "Earn up to" estimate from the active agreement (fixed reward and/or percentage with caps). Final amounts depend on the agreement, price, and successful conversion.
Where do I see property referral updates?
After you submit a property referral you get a case ID (and code where applicable) in-app and by email. Open Referral progress from your account menu to see status and notifications.
Is there a limit on open property referrals?
Yes: you can have a limited number of open property referral cases at once. If you hit the limit, wait for a case to close or cancel where allowed.
Do interiors and custom builder use the same referral ID?
Service referrals submitted from this page are captured as service leads with a Refer and Earn tag, not always as the same property referral case. Our team links them to the right program. If a formal reward program exists for that service, they will explain reference IDs and tracking when they contact you.
