Sellers must provide accurate business, tax, bank, address, catalog, stock, warranty, and delivery information.
OneCasa can approve, reject, request rework, suspend, or remove sellers/listings that do not meet platform standards.
Payments are subject to delivered order confirmation, return windows, customer disputes, commission, logistics deductions, and tax requirements.
Customer data may be used only to fulfill the relevant order and must not be exported, resold, misused, or contacted outside approved workflows.
Final commercial terms are governed by the seller agreement, applicable law, and OneCasa marketplace policies.
