Refer & Earn - program terms
Short, practical terms for users joining the property referral program. This does not replace independent legal advice.

1. Program scope
The Refer and Earn program covers property listings (and, where offered, builder projects) with an active referral agreement on OneCasa. You can also submit introductions for interiors, custom builder, and other home services from the Refer and Earn page; those are handled as service leads and follow that service line's rules and any active offer. Participation is voluntary. Nothing on this page overrides a signed agreement between you and OneCasa or a listing party.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid OneCasa account and provide accurate information when submitting a referral. You may indicate whether the lead is for yourself, a friend, or a relative. Fraudulent, duplicate, or spam leads may be rejected and can result in suspension from the program.
3. How rewards are determined
Reward type and amount follow the active referral agreement for that listing (for example fixed amount, percentage of price, caps, and minimum deal value). Estimates shown on the site are indicative only. Final eligibility is confirmed when the referral case is successfully completed (won) under internal rules and any required verifications.
4. Tracking and communications
When your referral is accepted, you receive a referral case identifier and updates by email and/or in-app notifications. You can review status at any time from Referral progress in your account. Message content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by OneCasa and the listing party as applicable.
5. Limits and fair use
To protect service quality, the number of simultaneous open referral cases per user may be limited. Referrals are timestamped; conflicting claims for the same lead are resolved according to internal policy and agreement terms.
6. Data and privacy
Contact details you submit are used to operate the referral pipeline, including sharing with the listing owner or builder where required to progress the deal, and with OneCasa staff. For broader data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
OneCasa may update these program terms or discontinue the program with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use of Refer and Earn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
