Inspect the terrace for cracks, clean roof drains, and apply waterproofing paste on parapet joints. Check window seals and replace cracked putty to prevent leaks.

Post-Monsoon (October)

Look for damp patches on interior walls—they indicate seepage that worsens with each rain. Repaint affected areas with anti-fungal primer before applying finish coats.

Year-Round

Test RCCB/MCB switches quarterly. Flush water heaters to remove sediment. Lubricate door hinges and check for termite signs near wooden furniture every six months.
