Start Small

Build Gradually

Add a smart doorbell, a robot vacuum, or automated curtains once you are comfortable with the app ecosystem. Avoid mixing too many brands—stick to one platform (Tuya, Smartlife, or Apple HomeKit) for reliability.

A stable 5 GHz Wi-Fi network is the backbone. Invest in a good mesh router if your home is above 1,200 sq ft.
